FigLabs is led by me, Hakan. I design products, and then I build them.
I started FigLabs because the same pattern kept coming up: businesses that knew something was wrong, and a market that would sell them the building but never the working-out. Agencies quoted six months before anyone had spoken to a customer. So FigLabs does both — the working-out first, then the building, by the same people.
I lead every project and do most of the design and build myself, using modern tooling — AI included — to move at a pace that used to need a whole team. Where a project needs a specialism outside the studio, I bring in people I’ve worked with before, named up front, and I stay accountable for the result either way.
Working with clients across the UK and beyond — mostly remotely, on site when it matters.
